My friend and neighbor Ashley and I are starting up the 12 week Favao program again. 12 weeks of consistent - push yourself - workouts, and healthy eating.
I'm excited! It's always a good idea to have a workout buddy. Ashley and I really push each other.
Tonight we worked out our upper body, and core. Then we ran a mile.
HOLY JELLO ARMS!
Tomorrow we're going to be sore. Like really sore.
But by the time we go to Girls Camp in July (we're both in the YW program) we're going to be feeling pretty, pretty awesome!
Again, I love having a workout buddy.
If you don't have one - GET ONE. If you're anything like me I talk myself out of everything when I'm trying to workout by myself.
If you can't find a work out buddy...call me...join me and Ashley! We're lots of fun. We scream during out resistance training when it hurts. We laugh when we do anymore plank poses and drop to the floor...but then we push each other and get back up and do it again.
Tomorrow is lower body work out.
Here we go!
